NP205 Transfer Case Question

NP205 Transfer Case Question
Was under my truck today and noticed a small drip coming from the front of transfer case idler shaft nut. I checked a break down on the transfer case and do not see where there is a seal there. Nut is tight. Would over filling cause this or am I missing something here. It is the divorced 205 in my 76 4x4.
