Your steering column with the wheel, clock spring, MFS, and shrouds removed. You should recognize the shift lever on the L side of the pic. You're viewing it from the R side. The light blue pointer is the lock cyliner, where the key goes. The orange ones are where the shift cable connects. There's another pic of it from the other side in the GP Pics album in my signature link.
SteveThanks again for your help..But i need some more........if you had to say, How hard and how much time will it take for someone not automotively inclined to do. And just the basics on how to do it.......Thanks again for your time man.....
Look it up here, but put "f150" in the Model field; not "f-150". You have to pull the headligh ****, cluster bezel, dash panel below the column, 4 screws from the bottom column shroud (it can hang by the tilt lock), and then the top shroud. If that doesn't give you enough room to get to the loose screws, you have to release the tiny shift indicator cable, 4 nuts that hold the column up, and drop the column. It's actually a lot easier that that sounds.
