Part of being prepared in this ever increasingly dangerous world includes self protection. Learning to fight, learning to be aware and learning what weapon clicks with us is all a part of that.

I am happy when anyone takes that natural right of self (and family and property) defense seriously. Good shooting and stay safe.
Well said and agreed, some arguments keep coming up and will go on forever. 1911 vs. Glock, 9mm vs. .45, Gas vs. Diesel, and on and on. For the most part these debates all have the same goals and reasons, just a matter of opinions and details and it does us good to remember we agree on 99% of the rest.

Well I guess the death of the hi-jack became the death of the thread. So I'll spark it back up with new evidence.

Off duty cop carrying a Glock equals negligent discharge.

EDIT, two more, cop + Glock = ND

And Adaisha Miller would still be alive. She was dancing at a party with an off duty officer carrying a IIRC a S&W M&P. While dancing she grabbed his waist effecting his safetyless in firearm in a way that it discharged hitting her in the heart.
