I have a just purchased a 65 F100 and according to the warranty codes, I have a 3.7 rear end with 3 speed T86 overdrive transmission. My question is with this set up will I be able to drive on the hwy at 70, or will I be stuck with 55 or 60. I'm going to remain stock.

What engine?
IF your OD is .70, your effective final drive ratio is 2.59:1.
Depending on what tire you are running, 70 should be pretty easy running.
With a 28" tire, you should be turning about 2175 RPM at 70, easy for any OEM motor in a '65.

What you have is the Warner T-85N 3 speed manual with overdrive (1965/71 F100 - Warranty Plate TRANS code B).
In overdrive, you can drive 90 MPH .. but with the anemic drum brakes these trucks have, I wouldn't advise it.
T-85N: 1965/67 F100 240/300/352 - 1968/71 F100 240/300/360/390 - 1969/71 F100 302.
