"OTHER" state? Last time I had the wonderful pleasure of passing through O'Hare, I could have sworn I needed my passport for entry to a foreign country. From the way the kids talked, I didn't think it had changed much! When they flew home last summer, they went north and flew out of an airport in Wisconsin. Said it was faster getting to the airport, cheaper, less hassles and they spoke English, whatever that was supposed to mean.
