Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 50.9° with heavy overcast, but no rain. I need rain, need lots of rain between now and noon. Someone do a rain dance for this area. It didn't work when I did it!
Some would say that I would have way to much fun in a tank and the lack of cargo capacity would be a problem.
You can tow a substantial trailer behind one of those you know....just sayin'!
Replacing Oil Cap on pickemup truck...Old one seems to have developed "termites". Guess I'll go down the road to NAPA. Interesting, I can go to Ford and pay almost $12.00 for one that has the pretty yellow oil can on it, or I can go to NAPA and spend less the $6.50. I'd go to O'Reilly's for a 2 penny military discount, but I don't want to make a 35 mile round trip for that.

I would like to see at least a 4" rain tomorrow and thunder/lightening won't hurt my feelings either! Bunch of bicyclists will be riding by tomorrow headed for the beach. They will ride right in front of the house and stop for a rest stop at the High School. The last several years, a number of them have caused some problems to the point that I would like to have an M1 tank or a D8 Cat to greet them with. Had a mirror knocked off the car last year. A bunch of them were clogging up both lanes of the country road which goes out to the farm and I had to come to a complete stop and put up with a bunch of crud while they rode around each side of me. On the way home from the farm I was behind a bunch of them riding 4 abreast completely clogging up the WB lane and when I started to pass they swerved out and doubled up so they were blocking the EB lane as well. Most are O.K. but the few have me ready to..........
