I'm doing some research on one of my meds that I've only been taking for a few months. It has a warning on the bottle to "avoid prolonged direct sunlight". WTF! If I can't enjoy the sunshine what's the point. Besides, I'm already vitamin D deficient and need to get more sunlight when it's available. Sounds like I should go see my doctor and get things straightened out.

Moring Rob, Dave. Tiny, I'd be off of that in a heartbeat. I agree, no sun is unacceptable!
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 41.8 clear and sun is shining.

Tiny....is this headache stuff contagious...what phase is the sun in at 1630....something been going on that I should know about???
Yesterday afternoon at about 1630hours my wife had problems and the EMT's wheeled her out of her work area in a wheel chair.
I received a phone call from an EMT around 1645 telling me that I needed to go fetch my wife home from work. She had a severe headache, was unable to function and was refusing transport by ambulance. It was bad enough that it was not safe for her to drive and they would keep her in the medical room until I arrived.
She is O.K., just had a severe headache with a lot of "pressure" from the base of her skull / top of her neck up to behind her eyes and having a hard time seeing clearly.
This morning she says she is just fine and we are currently in the "going to the doctor" negotiation phase of things. I'm not sure I am winning the "negotiation".

I'm calling my doctor when they open in a few minutes.
I have no idea if it's a lunar phase thing, smoke from the Siberian fires or my meds. Either way you slice it... It sucks!
You may need to remind your better half that she doesn't have any way to get to work since I presume you weren't able to drive both vehicles home yesterday... maybe that could be your bargaining chip?
Yes, my bargaining chip is that her car is still at the Casino in the employee parking lot and it is a 12 mile "walk" for her to retrieve it...her bargaining chip is a 12" cast iron frying pan
I think I've got her convinced to call the doc when they open.
I guess. The Warden did call the doc. He was in surgery this morning and the nurse was going to have him call when he got into the office which she thought would be around 1000. No return call yet. So, we sit and wait.
