My day at the farm went sideways. I found out I needed to dig a 24" deep by 20' long trench from the power meter to the new generator.
Of course the main power conduit, phone line, roof drain, irrigation line and two curbs and narrow sidewalk are all in the way.
I got a good start on it today and will finish it tomorrow while babysitting the burn pile.
Something wrong with this picture
where's the snow

Well, the sensor happened to get some direct sun on the deck, so actually 64* is the highest "deck" temp we got here, but it sure felt great.
Actual high was probably more like 51*.................I did get the old Ranger washed.

Wasn't there a Tom Clancy or Dirk Pitt novel where they did just that?

I had my coffee on the deck in a patio chair, felt like spring!
It won't last............we still haven't had our annual snow-fall.

I have noticed that the days seem to be getting longer but we are a long way from spring unfortunately and it's blistering cold right now.
