Leaking A Pillars

So my truck has been leaking for a few months now and I can't quite figure out how water is getting in the cab. I know it's running down the inside of both A pillars to the corners of the firewall and down into the track where the speaker wires run to the rear speakers.
There are some small holes and cracks in the paint in and underneath the rain gutter.

I have a brand new windshield and the rain gutters were sealed with silicon.

Does anybody have any idea where the water might be coming in from? And is there something better to use than silicon around the gutters?

It's a 94 F150 regular cab

Good chance those drip rails are still leaking as the seam sealer is bad. Putting silicone over those places without removing the bad seam sealer and fixing the rust will cause more rusting as silicone will hold moisture behind it(learned the hard way).

I just wired wheeled my 89 F250 drip rails out and found some rust holes to fix. As a temp fix I used some left over POR-15 and flooded the drip rails, so far no more leaks till I really repair those areas.

Guess I'll clean everything out and try to reseal it when I get some time. I should still have some bed liner somewhere in the garage...

Bed liner paint will work really good. I have used it before to reseal the cowl areas. Just clean out the areas really good for the bed liner paint to stick. I flooded the seams with it and then thinned it out and repeted several times. Its been over 6 years and I have no more cowl leaks on my 89.
