My truck has what seems to be a unique issue in that the engine seems to go into convulsions. It has happened 4 times in 15,000 miles and when I took it into the dealer yesterday they said that they don't know anything about it. This happens between 45 and 52 MPH and the worst occurrence happened going over a bridge and I had the cruise set for 52, I was in a 45 MPH zone, I had just started going up the Alabama pass bridge in Orange Beach, AL when it started having the convulsion. I backed down to 40MPH and let it settle out and it hasn't happened since. Any ideas?

This problem was common on my previous 2011. Ford has always said it was some type of harmonics in the drive shaft and frame. Mine always occurred in that speed range. Throttle up or down at the range and it was gone.
In my 2015, the problem is not completely gone in that range but is greatly improved from what it was on the 2011.

there was a report the other day about a similar problem on the GM trucks, and being solved with a 1 piece driveshaft.
Well on a positive note I just drove from Pensacola to Fort Payne, AL and back and it did not occur during this trip. I am still worried that my Ford dealership said that they have not heard that this is happening in a 2014 F-350, well I guess my issue is that if it has been reported in any year truck why won't they look at this problem. I guess that's because they just have my word and not some set failure code in the truck's computer. On of the reasons that I do not like computers. Oh well at least I did not get stranded like some of our poster's.
