I took the truck to fill her up with diesel and I noticed white smoke out the tailpipe. It is very cold here the high was -4*. The SGII showed nothing out of limits and I checked several times and I don't seem to be loosing coolant and the oil is good. I did smell the exhaust and it didn't smell like coolant or un-burnt diesel fuel. the ECT was averaged 183* with an ECT of 190* little cool but that was expected with negative temps. The smoke dissipated quickly. The starts were a three potato starts all day even first thing this morning with -7*. Thanks!
I haven't been in negative cold yet so it was a guess--not sure about the whole day thing but suppose with those temps it still could be condensation. I know mine doesn't like the cold at all. My mpg is crap until I'm at full temp and running a good distance. Warming up uses a boat load of fuel (at least mine does)
