Seats with Belts?

What year did ford start the Seats with integrated seat belts? I know its after 2000, and want to think its 2002 just need to know for sure.

The manual shows them starting in 2001.
The official name for them is SIR....Seat Integrated Restraints.

Seats with Belts?

Started in 2001. My 2001 has them but other '01s on the lot when I bought mine didn't have them. Some of the plants started using them before others.
