Hey there, everybody.
My name is Bert, and I'm an addict.
My first exposure to F series trucks was my dad's '60 F100 4x4. It was 1 year old when I was born. Since then, I've never been without at least 1 good truck. Sometimes more.
My current beast is an '89 F350 460 4x4 CC. I've had it since '91.(I just gasped when I realized that's 23 years!!) It had 91000 miles when I got it, and now just shy of 200000. Never had a valve cover off. I have replaced the timing set, just because the water pump gave up, the timing cover was corroded, and it made sense. Otherwise, just regular maintenance. By far the best truck I've ever had.
But allovasudden, I'm stumped.
She is not running right, and I can't figure it out. I hope the people here can help a brother out with some info.
I'll be reading other threads and probably starting one pretty soon.
Thanks for your time.
