Well...that's not really a thing.
The reason being is you would need to put in in series with both batteries.
AKA 100amps current flowing through it. Good luck finding one.
If you are thinking about measuring how much juice your truck draws, may I suggest this fabulous creation.
You can get a self contained one from harbor freight for about 7$ too.

What you need to look for is a shunt with a meter. The shunt is what goes in series with the battery or whatever your measuring then you use two small wires to measure the voltage differential and calculate current. Your best bet is to look at solar and electric vehicle suppliers.

They are not hard to install. The shunt goes in series with the batteries and vehicle electrical load (everything EXCEPT the starter) and the meter goes in parallel across the shunt.
