Edge programmer stuck on loading
good Day all,
Just received a new Edge CS programmer for my 2004 F150 w/ 5.4L. Updated fusion software and tried to install but all i get is blank gauges and a eternal "loading" message Any one ever dealt with this?? Thanks!

I tried but they are not there until Monday which is just terrible for folks who received one for Christmas and have problems. Even emailed, but no response.
Thanks very much for your input, surely someone else out there has had the same issue!
