Hi guys, I'm going to start ANOTHER project. I will be turning a 93 Ford F-150 2WD, into a Pre-runner. I have a basic list made up of things that will need to be done to accomplish a capable truck. PLease add on some ideas or share your tips/experinces with me so I build a great truck.
List of mods that will be done to F-150!!
* Install a 3" Rancho lift kit.
* Put on 33" BFG ALL-Terrain tires
* Fiberglass fenders
* Fiberglass hood
* Upgrade entire cooling system
* 5-point racing seat belts
* Pre-runner bumper with 4 K/C lights
*I'm not to sure of what kind if shocks I will be running, Ideas??
Any other suggestion will be appreciated!! Thanks a bunch for all your help.
Also for suspension you might want to check out www.autofab.com (i think thats right), they have some really awesome 4x4 and 2x4 ford lifts that give you wicked amounts of travel. For shocks maybe go with coil overs (if you have the money) or adjustables, and make sure you have the power to go all out (maybe a supercharger, cam, intake, exhaust, chip, heads, etc)
