If you only want 1 or 2 inches, remove your springs in the front, and cut out one coil at a time. DO NOT use a torch, if you "blue" the steel, you can throw 'em in the garbage. The best thing to use is a 4" grinder with a cut off sawblade. GO SLOW!!
The rear, I would try and find some lowering shackles. If you wanna learn, or read more about this, do a search for lowering a pickup. There was a huge thread about 3 weeks back that kept getting new posts. Good luck!!
