I was looking at some used vans today. I saw a E150, which I liked with a code of 22. I searched and found 23 and 24 but no 22. Does anybody know the ratio? It is an 07 van. Also it has a whine noise I think coming from the rear, when it is accelerating not when coasting. It only has 48K on it. It is a 4.6, sounds and runs great except for the whine. Thanks for any help.
Hi Jason. I haven't talked to you in a while. How is everything?
The van was a club wagon. A 23 and 24 are 3.54 ratios. I saw an E350 with a 34 code which I think is a 3.73. I would have thought with a small club wagon it would be something good on gas. At that rate I could get the 350 and not use any more gas, and it has a 5.4. But I would hate to start shooting spark plugs.
