Starter Question
Hello all, 2005 ford expedition eb 140k
I just changed out the starter today and i noticed that the old one is labeled 'Visteon 11000'. Did ford use this as an oem or is it likely an aftermarket. The reason im asking is because some jackweed left the top third bolt off. Ive heard rumors of lots of so called professionals who think this is an acceptable way of installation. Anyway, i ran out and picked up a replacement bolt for the install. Please don't chime in to tell me the third bolts not necessary lol..
