Spent one week tent camping at Higgin's Lake Michigan. 1150 miles total. The truck had no room for anything else in the bed. In fact, I had a couple cases of er... pop... yea, soda... that I had to break open and place the cans into what space I could find because there wasn't room for the case. Just packed it all in, including firewood, and rolled the Truxedo over it in case of rain. I averaged (all the miles for the trip over all the gallons) 15.001795 miles to the gallon (I want to be sure and squeeze all the miles per gallon out, thus the decimals). Not bad for a fairly good mix of 2 lane, about an hour and a half of "stop and go"... and a whole bunch of 78 mph open interstate!
Lots of good trucks at the capgrounds. I wore my FTE shirt a couple of times to advertise. I saw my first Suburban with the four wheel steer... impressive for a Chev.
Anyway, if there is any post of importance that was brought up in the last week, you better let me know, I aint even going to attempt to read them all.

Yep... did you read the part about the firewood? Good huh?
Oh, about the new TB... I love it, the wife could care less. I had a little fun with the Tricululator springs and new shift valve too. Sure is a nice kick in the seat if you hold your foot in it!
