Doubt it. Offenhauser tends to not scrap their castings and they'll pretty well always keep making them. For instance, have a look at their catalogue. I don't think it's changed much over the years.
An example of my first point is a former coworker of mine who for whatever reason built an AMX. He wanted an intake manifold so he phoned up Offenhauser. The guy on the other end said he hadn't made that manifold for thirty years but he still had the casting collecting dust on a shelf, so he had it made. Granted, there was a bit of a wait, but he got it done.
