Trailer lights wont work

So my 95 f350 is not putting out power for the blinkers to work on my trailer but the trailer brakes are working. I checked all fuses and the relay and there all fine. But the first 3 little fuses under the hood didnt have any power when id key on, could that be my problem or do those fuses even relate ? I dont have the fuse decoder

You do need to add fuses. I had to for mine cable was there but no power
I think ford's web site has the manuals in pdf.
If not they are prob here

well the thing is that it was working befor and now nothing. Im temped to just splice into my trail lights on my truck
