crown suspension lowering kit
Saw in street trucks mag that crown has a lowering kit using a 3 in drop spring and no beams? How does the alignment stay good?

I just looked on their website and did not see the lowering springs for dentsides. Would definitely like to know more.

CarCraft did a building up of a Crown Vic (the whole car) and worked with Eaton Detroit Spring to come up with lowering springs.. 1.5 inches lower.

Three inches? Hmmm.. that is ALOT just with springs... must be stiff as a hell.

Probably more negative camber than a sprint cup car as well.

Hio not for the crown vic. Crown suspension is an aftermaket company. The truck they showed in the magazine the camber actually didnt look that bad?

I too just read that article and was curious. I called Crown and they said that the 'kit' they sell is lowering springs and shackle flip kit for the rear. When I asked them about how to re-align the front end, they said it 'wasnt that bad out' and that you 'could probably find an experienced front end alignment shop that could get it close'. No thanks.

I will stick with my plans for a Crown Vic swap.
