Where is my chip?
The PO installed a 4 POS chip in my truck and I need remove it for troubleshooting purposes. Where is that sucker? The wire from the rotary switch disappears behind the parking brake and don't see it coming out the firewall...

to clarify what quesey said, you need to remove the 3 bolts that hold the computer in and remove the computer to remove the chip from the computer.
you may also have to remove the main harness bolt under the hood and unplug the harness from the computer too.

No not on mine anyways
3 nuts that hold in parking brake and move it out of the way and chip is right there. once you clean the goo off where chip slides on you don't really have to remove computer
