2008 Bumper Grill Insert - Custom Made

Has anyone made their own bumper grill insert for the Super Dutys?! More specifically for the space about 24" wide on the middle of the front bumper?! I am wanting to do something solid in there but not sure exactly.

Any pictures of different designs people have made or seen?!

In addition to that......you're right I can Google stuff all day long however this community is nice because I can ask and receive feedback from grill inserts people have created. IE. material, mounting bracket type, mounting bracket placement, etc.
