my headlights, taillights, dome, horn, radio, cig lighter all went out after a bad rainstorm. i have pulled all of the fuses, and they are good. i probed all of the fusible links and all are good for continuity. i am at a loss for an explanation here.
where should i be looking now.
additional - i have a set of KC daylighters wired into the headlights as well as a BS set of fogs on the same circuit.
any help appreciated.

all fusible links show good voltage on the side away from the relay. i found two wires that show some heat damage. lt grn/red and lt green coming from the brake light switch. still digging.
would it be good to change the relay if the battery side and away side show good voltage. the black/org wire.. shows good voltage. at the fusebox.. #16 black/org - to - green/yellow shows 0 voltage. at the headlight switch the black/orange shows no voltage. i am beat right now.. spent all day tracing wires.
If the headlight switch isn't getting power, trace that wire back to the battery. At some point, you'll find the break in it, probably at a fusible link near the relay.
fusible link is good. getting 12+ after the relay. it has to be after the link and before the fuse box. that is a PIA to find. i am working hard to find it.
