1965 ford f100

hi there, hopefully someone can help, probably on the wrong thread. but on my f100, when the heater is on high, it sounds like there is something rattling inside of it, almost to loud to talk. but on low its fine. ive taken the blower motor out before and have confirmed there are no foreign objects in there and it still does it.

let me know if you have any ideas.
thanks!!

If you found nothing foreign inside the heater plenum chamber, the heater motor "squirrel cage" (18504 in pic) or the shaft on the motor it rides on...could be out of balance.

It's probably not noticeable when the blower is on low speed, but when on high speed, now it does becomes noticeable.
