I wouldn't tow with it until the oil cooler is changed.
Check for wear on the oil cooler bypass valve and replace the oil filter base if the bypass valve looks bad. You can't get just the valve. Surly someone will develop a $25-$35 kit in the next few years for that instead of having to purchase the $200 filter base.
Clean egt, map, iat2 while there. Clean you intake at a carwash. Could clean the turbo. Install an egr delete if desired. Good time for a turbo back exhaust if desired. 6.4 bango bolts???? depending on how you fall on the subject.
