The gaskets are shot on all of my clearance lights and the load light. Is it possible to replace just the gaskets on any or all of those? It looks like I can cut one out an inner tube for the load light if I have to but the clearance lights don't look that easy. Is silicone sealer a viable alternative to seal the clearance lights?
Thanks for that tip. And BTW the gaskets I am speaking of are the ones under the lenses, not the light assembly on the clearance lights. The one on the load light is the bottom, and only gasket. I suspect that these leak and let water get to the cab corners that are prone to rusting out.
If you try inner tube the heavt duty riding mower tubes are super thick. Tractor Supply Company or Northern Tool.
I dont have clearance lights on my truck. In my research you cant get just gaskets. Heard Harbour Freight has cheap light set. Those gaskets may work under your lens not sure.
