New from Iowa

I just picked up a 1989 Ford F-150 4X4 and have found this forum very helpful. I still have a few more things to decode but I thank everyone for all the info here already. I was hoping someone could tell me what the body code and the TYPE-GVR and the Body codes mean? I have the VIN decoded and most info on the tag but I can not find these two codes.

here is the door sticker.

This is what it looked liked when I picked it up.

Type is the body style, indicating regular cab, 150. The body code is paint color.

Welcome, I am also from Iowa, closer to Iowa City.
