The factory code can be found under the computer module behind the instrument panel in 2005 F250 models. The location can be different in other model years.

Just google "[model year] [truck make and model] keyless code location" and you can find a few videos and texts explaining how to find the code.

The owner's manual explains how to change the user code with the factory code. The factory code cannot be changed but you can use it in order to enter the car instead of personal user code.
