my clutch makes a clicking sound when pedal is fully released but when i barely push the pedal in (2mm or so) it goes away. is there an adjustment or is my clutch going out?

This could be a dirty input shaft or a problem with the slave cyl. Your rel brg is more than likely dragging on the diaphram on the pressure plate. Once you put pressure on the pedal it engages the rel brg stopping the noise. When you remove your foot from the pedal your rel brg is not fully disengaging the cover as a result of either the input shaft (clutch dust build up) or a fatigued slave cyl. I hope this helps.
