Where can i order?
Where can I order the little rubber pieces that's holds the shift linkage to the transfer case

EDIT:

Blah, my mistake. I have a giant crack in my laptop screen, kind of cut out the transfer case part, all I saw was up to shift linkage!

How on Earth does one use a Heim joint on the transfer case shift linkage?
