WTB: 6.0l Fuel pump

As the title states, looking for a 6.0 Powerstroke fuel pump...I believe it's also called a Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module (HFCM).

Do you just need the pump or do you need the entire HFCM? The pump can be bought separately for quite a bit less than the entire HFCM.

Somewhere around $140 for a Racor pump

Looking for the whole HFCM...gonna retrofit it to my 7.3L. Really looking for something used...

I have one I just removed due to it making noise. I never checked the fuel pressure but I'm sure it needs rebuilt.

Do they make a rebuild kit for it? Never had one apart before...

Why are you changing? You will still need to keep your 7.3 filter water separator assembly. Do they flow better than the stock 7.3 pump?

The rebuild kit is a new pump for $140. Easy to change - 3 small bolts and a new o-ring.

If the WIF electronics are bad then you need a new manifold cover also for around $150 - 6C3Z-9B249-A.

The two of them together are still a little cheaper than ebay's HFCM's - around $400 - AP63426. Ford HFCM number is 6C3Z-9G282-C.

Sounds like it would be worth a try if you are monitoring the fuel pressure.

If you ever need a pump, here are the options:
