Truck rear sagging
I would appreciate anyone's help regarding this problem. I have a 91 f250 4wd w/117k miles and the rear of the truck is sagging down on the passenger side. The drop very noticable. My guess would be the rear leafs, but how exactly would I make sure that is the problem. Can I measure each side? What is the proper way to diagnose this?

I am fairly sure you are right about the leaf springs being the problem. If it isn't just in the rear, but the entire passenger side, it could possibly be the front shocks and springs as well. How many miles has it been since the suspension on that side has been replaced?

Truck rear sagging
The only thing have replaced are the rear shocks. They were actually rotted out on the bottom and leaked all the fluid out. Nothing else has been replaced at this point. The front of truck sits level.
