My 95 f250 seems to bind up while I'm turning it acts like I have the hubs locked in does the binding/hopping thing. At first I just thought my hubs where locked in but there not I can crawl under there and spin all the axes by hand. What could cause this the front end is tight has new tie rods and u joints and ball joints? Could the tires cause this one is a little bald or camber I do have a little bit of this going on \-----/ ?

Your camber is waaaaay out. Did you happen to replace the axle pivot bushings while you were rebuilding everything else? You'll also need to get some adjustable camber/caster sleeves and a good alignment.
The ball joints that are in it have the adjustable camber bushings in it but they don't have enough adjustment to them I set the toe at work last week, the reason the camber is out is I had the springs re arched and added a leaf, haven't don't the pivot bushings yet but am considering doing them along with the leaf spring bushing. Ever since iv had the truck it's had touchy steering but every thing is tight new gear box it's nice an tight. Truck drives starit as an arrow but I feel like I have to correct the steering a lot, next I'm going to replace the after market steering stabilizer it looks to have peed it's self

If this lifted the truck more than two inches, you'll need 2" axle lift brackets or you'll never get it into alignment. The alignment is causing all of the issues you are having because the tires are "tipping" into turns, essentially causing the tires to change steering geometry.
