Heater not working

HELP!! 2000 F250 no heat and the fan only works on high. Changed thermostat and blower motor resistor. Still doesn't work. Now a new problem. When I added water and and anti freeze to the over flow reservoir the liquid ran out immediately on the ground. Any suggestions??

The leak was around the thermostat. I installed a new O ring at the same time I installed the thermostat. I have since bought some sealant to put around thermostat. So far it seems to be holding.
