Fuel lines each have a gasket and the pressure regulater has a cover gasket.
If you have the one with the banjo fittings there are 2 copper washers 1 on each side the banjo.
Great time to do the fuel pressure regulator spring. Low pressure is common on an older truck and bringing it up will increase the life of your fuel injectors and it may run a little better if your pressure is currently low. Inexpensive and easy update. Parts are available from your local Ford man or less expensive online from almost any parts supplier. The gasket mentioned below is your likely leaker, it's available separately or in the kit. Unless there's an odd problem you shouldn't need the whole kit with the cover but it's nice to have a spare just in case something goes wrong during installation. The IH numbers are from International if you would rather do business with them.

Mine had leaked enough the track bar bushing on the driver side was crumbling. $16 part that took half a day to change. Drove better afterwards though.
Mine didn't leak on the hose it was leaking down the motor. Was very hard to track down until it got bad enough that I could find it. Don't forget to replace the o ring every fuel filter change too, it's very common to see them weep from there if a new o ring isn't used and lubed every time. One more advantage for always using Ford filters. I lube them with vasoline too.
I didn't think about it, but both my track bar bushings were trashed. From how much better it handled after replacing them, I'm guessing they were trash when I got the truck. I replaced mine with energy poly bushings and discovered a trick to getting them in. That's another story.
