Spokane Area Winter Get together?

How about a winter get together in February? We could meet at a really good bar and grill in deer park called Salty Dog. Or someplace in Spokane. I'm thinking a weekend like the 1st or 7th. as long as the weathers nice to us. What do you all think

Sounds like a good idea but I probably won't make it unless I have another reason to go to Spokane.

I'm thinking that we could meet at either one of the Chinese buffets, Franks (depending in the group size.) Golden Corral. I'm open to suggestions. Lets get this up and going.

I'd like to promote the idea. Is your plan for other Eastern Washington members to meet? I don't know how many there are, and of them who is still active, but it's worth a shot! The meets we started were really slow, and still are. Sean(Yahiko) and I, we're the only ones to show up for a while. It seems like it's starting to gain a bit more ground though.

Feel free to promote it I would love for all eastern members to come. It would be a blast. Esp now that my Pearl is only days from being driveAble. I'll be able to drive her to the event instead of my friends rig.

There isn't a lot I could do, even our meets are still hit and miss. We can never guarantee that anyone will be there, or that more than 2 of us show. Which is to be expected since the chapter is relatively small in terms of active members. Back when SnowBunny was still the chapter leader, she wanted to set up some kind of camping thing in eastern Washington. It never really got past the planning stage. With everyone working, and the various different schedules, it's hard to set up a big event.

One way to get people to come would be to raffle off a mustang. I am sure you know where you could find one laying around!

You're funny... Hilarious even.. Tell ya what. I strip the car, sell the parts for profit and you can raffle the body

Much more likely to find a dead deer laying around and raffle that off. Mustangs and stallions and, heck, even mares are harder to corral and harder to eat.
Depending on date and time, I am in for a meet and eat and barley therapy.

Jump in jump in. The more the merrier. If we can get a few more people and set a date everyone can work with.
