Electrical Problems
Hello,
I have a 2007 E250 that has no rear parking lamps or Licence Plate Lamp "on" when the headlight switch is turned on, however the front lights are on.
I have checked and tested fuse # 10 which is the fuse related to these items
Any help would be helpful

You have a bad connection somewhere in the wiring harness feeding the rear of your van.
Get an EVTM or Electrica-Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual aka "wiring diagram" and start looking there.
There are no less than 8 connectors that could be at fault but most of what you're describing aren't fuse-related.

If, you have a trailer connector, check that first, most prone to problems where the OEM wiring is tied into the connector.
The rear lights connectors are also a problem spot. Where the tail lights branch off the main rear harness.
At worst, I have on several vans ran a new 16ga wire from under the dash, to the rear, bypassing the numerous connectors, thus providing a new circuit feed for the problem (park/turn) lights.
Also, a 12v test light is needed to find where the circuit "died" and for trouble shooting.
Sorry, I couldn't tell you what color wire you'll be looking for, not familiar with your year, maybe someone else will chime in on that?
