Here are a few before photos of the passenger's side.




Over 10 years ago I had a patch welded in just so I could get it through inspection. The time had come to do it properly.





As you can see it was badly rusted.

2 spray bombs of Rangoon Red later. The areas I didn't paint will be sprayed with rubberized undercoating.

Yes. I prepped and coated everything with POR15 then primed the areas to be painted with POR15 etching primer and sprayed rubberized undercoating everywhere else. I'm building IT to drive it and I don't want to deal with the rust ever again.
