If you are looking for stock ford rims i would say no , If you want aftermarket it is a yes . It all depends what you want to spend. Dick Cepek makes a couple of patterns that are not to pricey.
Ford went to 16" wheels in either 2003 to 2004 on the E150 to clear larger brakes. They made a really nice looking aluminum wheel as well as steel wheels.
I am sure there are a lot of aftermarket wheels available as well; you would need to google the stock offset, hub opening, etc to make sure they would fit. The old F150's (prior to going to a metric bolt pattern) used the same 5.5" bolt circle so I'm sure there are aftermarket wheels available.
