Anyone know how to change a heater core on a 1987 f600 no a/c? Thanks.

heater core removal

Very easy, open glove box remove the glove box. Behind it you will see a panel that unscrews, once off heater core is exposed. go under the hood and follow the heater hoses to the top of the firewall. undo the hose clamps and hoses, then pull the core from the box in the cab. I found this cab style to be one of the best for removing these cores.

Do you know if this is the same procedure for changing the heater core in a 98? Its been in the 30s and 40s here in ohio and what a chilly ride
