Yes this is for a 78, but it should fit front wise, the front springs are all 3" wide for 73-79.
Your rear 73-to early 77 are 2 1/4" wide. 77.5 they wend 3" wide.
Have you checked Summit, Jegs for a 6" and ck with Rough Country and Atlas?

The only difference in a "HB" and "low boy" (leaf spring wise) is the width of the rear leaf springs (73-79).
Yes there are steering box/set up differences and that is a different story all together.
