Back up sensor??
I have a 04 F250. Is it posible to add the factory bacj-up sensor setup yo yhe truck or can anyone recomrnd a good aftermarket kit? If I cam do the factory setup where is a good place to get it? Thanks

My 2003 has the back up sensors and they work pretty good but I just ended up buying a reverse camera that has the monitor in the rear veiw mirror. I got the kit from e-bay for like $60-$100 and it came with the mirror, camera and all the wiring. Was real simple to install (only 3 wires to hook up) and I like it better than the sensors as I mounted the camera right over my license plate and can hook up my trailer first try everytime. The camera can see everything behind my truck even at the bumper ends. The camera only turns on when I put it in reverse and when I put it in drive the monitor shuts off and you would never even know the monitor was in the mirror. I would go this route.

I have the camera in the truck and it works great for me, my wife on the other hand has a hrad time with it. She has sensors in her car and relies on the beeping "not good" I keep her out of my truck as much as possible but has to use it at times. Last time she backinto a pole and bent the bumper. I would rather put the sensors in and hopefully be done with replacing bumpers.Someone must know this info.
