So i have a fiberglass bed cap but its got a hole on the top about the size of a quarter all the way through, kinda like a branch or something fell through it, and is covered in old pine wax. how can i fix this? and how can i get wax off?
They make Fiberglas repair kits and wax removal liquids. I would bet a boating supply house would have both.
You can get both at any auto supply store in the painting sections. The bug and tar remover will get at the pine sap no problem.
The rest is a normal "cat hair" chopped fiberglass or fiberglass sheet bondo repair.
