Dana 41 question

I'm stumped.
How do I remove the pinion (companion flange) seal and outer axle bearings? My ford shop manual does not describe these steps.

You have to remove the yoke, then you can pop the seal out. On the axles, you have to pull the axles out, then they just pop out.

Please explain? Neither of these parts just pop out.

Ya need to pop the seals out with a pry. Or pound them out from the back.
or use a dent puller with a hook or a screw. Or a half cup of black powder
in the differential.

The seal came out fairly easy with a simple seal pulling tool from
Napa. Will get to a press today to figure out a process to support the bearings so I can press the axles off of the bearing retainer rings.
