Frantically need help...

OK fellow Indiana FTE members...Anyone a bit southeast of Indy that may be able to lend a bit of expertise?

I'm in a big squeeze on time here and my Monster is acting up on me this week...here's the deal:

So I have an '04 truck with an '03 build engine.

Yesterday, she decided to stall while I was running 55 mph down the road.

After I wrestled her to a stop she pulled a hot no start on me. I towed her back to the house.

I pulled up the oil pressure and when cranking hot she was getting up to about 350, but would not start.

This morning she started right up (but my faith in her is lacking at the moment, so I didn't drive her to work, she's still sitting in the drive).

My question is this...Since the only parts on the top of this engine that haven't been replaced/refurbished in the last few months are under the HPOP cover. Could this be a blown STC fitting or a blown HPOP? (I ordered an STC fitting kit from Riff Raff this morning)

I've removed everything but that cover. My thinking at the time was, if she was running and starting fine, so I shouldn't mess with it. But now that she started stalling and hot no start, maybe I need to...

Any ideas guys?

Of course this happens a few days before I'm supposed to leave on an out of state hunting trip.
