2005 4.6
got the wife a truck and was wondering what all motors will swap into it if I ever need to? Just wondering what all 4.6 motors are the same. and how bad would it be to swap a 5.4 into it.

Would need the details of the truck ect to know what you're looking at electronics wise.

truck is all stock with a 4.6 auto 4x4. runs ok it's I just like to have spare parts for thing's just incase. and I found a 4.6 from a car that still has plug wires instead of coil packs. and was wondering if its able to swap over.
And if a 5.4 will swap easy I'll look for 1 of them
