I would remove the hose and take it to a parts house, tell them what it is from, and have them match it. Or, take the car to a friendly parts house and have someone look at the hose. Should not be too hard to determine what you need. Good luck.
Edit: Or, post detail pictures up here and someone will tell you what you need.
I went thru the same thing this summer, its the lines that go to the engine oil cooler, behind the oil filter, this is no small job, the 2 metal lines are tied together, and the limited space there is a real bear, its best to remove the oil filter and base, you need a 1/2 inch allen wrench, to pull the cooler off, and to complicate things more that hose off the water pump is 3/4 inch on 1 end and 5/8 the other and a slight bend in it also, i used a piece of 5/8 hose and a spring hose shaper to put together, be prepared, this is tougher than than it looks, sorry for the bad news, you wont find just that hose seperate, they want u to buy a complete hose line kit DORMAN Part # 625213 $ 86 at rockauto
I got lucky and had 5/8 and 3/4 laying around so I cut them and used a brass fitting from Home Depot to join them. You might as well replace the other two while you're down there so you don't have to remove the oil cooler a second time. For those you can get away with straight hose and it will curve enough to work.
As RMK said, it's not fun due to limited space. Not technically difficult, just time consuming. Use a little antifreeze on the inside of the hose when you put it together for lubricant and gnat will help.
